Work permit templates can be downloaded from our website. This work permit template is for your completion. A hard copy of the completed permit must be brought to the FIPASS office for the approval of the Duty Manager on the day of the planned works. No works are to commence without prior work permit approval. On completion of works the permit is to be returned to the FIPASS office.
